Aluminum die casting is a highly efficient manufacturing process that produces precise, complex metal parts with excellent surface quality. At Dongguan Yuhui Die Casting, we specialize in precision aluminum die casting, serving industries such as automotive, aerospace, and telecommunications for over 27 years with an annual production capacity exceeding 10,000 tons of aluminum parts.
Aluminum die casting involves injecting molten aluminum alloy under high pressure into a steel mold to create complex, high-precision components. This process can achieve dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.1 mm and surface finishes down to Ra0.8μm, enabling mass production of parts with consistent quality.
Learn more about our Die Casting Services where our machines range from 88 to 2000 tons of clamping force, allowing parts up to 1200 mm in length and wall thickness from 2 mm to 20 mm.
Material Preparation
We select aluminum alloys such as ADC12 and A380, known for tensile strength up to 310 MPa and excellent corrosion resistance.
Melting
Our melting furnaces operate at temperatures around 680°C, ensuring optimal alloy fluidity.
Injection
High-pressure injection (up to 200 MPa) into precision molds with cycle times typically between 15-60 seconds, depending on part complexity.
